Srinika is sitting on the balcony which is attached to the bed room, which she share with her bestfriend kajal, they are students who live here in a rental apartment away from home, in jaipur, rajasthan for education. it's mid night and srinika and kajal both are awake. srinika is sitting in her beanbag and, she is sitting comfortably and reading a novel meanwhile kajal who also sitting in opposite direction of srinika, she is also sitting in her bean bag and she is watching a web series in her laptop, while her head phone on and packet of snackes in her hands. kajal also occassionally glance at srinika.

Today is full moon. The moon is looking bright, beautiful and seren. Srinika closed the book and kept it aside. now she just stares at the moon, a bloom of charm or serenity spread in her eyes when ever she stare at the moon. Srinika is a type of girl who finds her own paradise in moon, stars, sky, nature, flower, books, poem.

She is now just mesmerizingly staring at the moon and has lost some way in her own world. kajal glance at her; she saw her bestie, srinika is lost in some where. she closed her laptop and kept it aside. walk stealthily towards srinika; she is so lost that she did not notice kajal, who is standing just behind her. kajal had a plan to tease srinika, so she stood behind her, and she suddenly grabbed srinika from behind, and tried to scare her, she screamed in a loud voice "srinika".

Srinika came out of her thought, and she also suddenly screamed and was about to hit.Then she saw kajal was doing this.

" you fucking scared me, kaju".

Srinika gasped and swallowed hard as her heartbeat was fasten because of this sudden action. The next moment they both laughing like hell, thier stomachs are hurting as they are laughing like hell.

" o god people will think, witches or two mentally unstable patients are laughing ".

"we need to stop, laughing " and they are still laughing after some time later they stopped.

kajal: where were you lost, girl ?that you didn't even realize when i stood behind you"

next moment, kajal glances at the novel and looks at srinika

" i understand where you were lost ".

srinika smiled " you know me more than myself, girl".

kajal " this is behn code ". ( This is sister code )

srinika "yes".

Kajal said "now tell what you were thinking, your highness."

Srinika " i was looking at moon, today the moon is looking so beautiful ".

and kajal tease her and said "aur chand ko dekh ke tujhe tere chand ki yaad a gayi hai na",

"wo kya naam tha uska" ( what was his name )

"han" " fictional man". (while looking at moon, you remembered your moon na, your fictional man).

srinika smiled and giggled "" girl how do you read me."

kajal said " ofc im your bestfriend i can sense "we smiled at each other.

"tell me what you were thinking".

srinika said " nothing, i was just thinking the world in books, novels and the real world are so different ."

"Real world hurts but fictional world heals"

kajal "true",

"The love in the fictional world is so beautiful, lovely, healing. While you know this generation has ruined the essence of love, i.e., in this world, generation where disloyalty, cheating, affairs, and open relationships are so common, i.e., people in this generation don't value real love, feelings, emotions. The love like in novels or books is so rare in this generation."

kajal " so true yaar, emotions, love, feelings has become a game in this generation".

srinika " i wish the real world was also like fictional world but we know its impossible."

kajal "yes".

srinika look at kajal with a big smile " life mai fictional man ho ya na ho but pasandita mahila mitra zaroor honi cahiye" (its okay not to have fictional man but there should be a bestfriend in life).

kajal smiled "gale lag ja, bro" (hug me,bro). we hugged each other.

kajal "lets go to sleep bro, tomorrow is college ".

srinika said "yes".

They headed toward the bedroom. They share the same room so they went to sleep. It's three o'clock at night, and both girls are sleeping in the bed. Srinika is sleeping, but she is feeling uneasiness while sleeping.

She is mumbling and murmuring in sleep.

She screamed, and her body jolted, and she suddenly opened her eyes. Her heart is beating fast, she is breathing heavily, and her body got panicked. She wakes up. Kajal also wakes up hearing the scream of Srinika. Kajal is rubbing Srinika's back and holding her hand.

"srinika, are you okay?"

srinika looked at kajal, she eventually calm down in her soothing touch.

srinika look at her and said " I'm okay."

kajal said while rubbing her back" again, that nightmare."

i nodded my head" yes "

kajal hugged her " dont worry I'm with you,let's try to sleep."

after some time later srinika and kajal slept while hugging each other.

its six o clock in morning, srinika's phone ringed before her alarm and the sleep of both girls got disturbed. srinika recieved her call while in half sleep.

she said "kon ullu ka patha phone kar raha hai yaar subha subha." (who is this bastard calling in this morning).

kajal in sleep said " maan kar raha hai lath maar don usey" (i wanna kick that bustard)

a voice is screamed from another side " relax guys its me kunal, i dont wanna eat kick and curse, as breakfast in early morning ".

kunal is their bestfriend but he is more like a brother. He treats, cares for the girls like sisters.

Srinika asked "what happened?"

kunal said " you guys completed the project na". Srinika "yes, we have".

Kunal said " I called you girls to remind you to get up early and get ready for college, don't get late and don't forget to bring assignments."

srinika says irritatingly " han we know, chal apne maa ko mat sikha" (yes, yes we know don't teach your mother). every one chuckled.

i said" bye, see you on the way".

he again scream " meherbani karke aaj late mat hoiye rani sahiba, tum dono ki waja se mai late ho jata hon" (for god shake, please don't be late your highness; i always get late because of you guys)

i said irritatingly" aye rakh na re ".(bro please cut the call). i hang up the call. and make kajal wake up her from bed. as today was important day and we cant take risk to get late. Kaju wake up we have to get ready.

I got ready. Today I have to wear a simple beautiful light pink color chikankari short kurti, pairing with denim jeans and a watch in my right hand, silver bangles on my left, and a small silver jhumka and a bindi.

Kajal stared at her with admiration. "Yaar mai ladka hoti to tujhe shadi kar leti, kya gazab dikh rahi hai yaar." (If I were a man, I swear I would marry you; o god, you looked stunning.)

Srinika said " you too babe."

Kajal "kash Aaj tu apne fictional man se takra jaye " (wish you stumble upon your fictional man).

Srinika giggle "no yaar". (Deep down inside she wants that)

O god swear we will be late, kajal let's go, we hurriedly pick up our bags and locked the door. Walking down on the street Hurriedly. When we were walking I saw 11.11 in a board.

Srinika said "kajal look 11.11".

Kajal said " today will be our lucky day ". Srinika said " if we get late na it will be unlucky day." They hurriedly walking and stopped at a street as kajal is calling Kunal, cause he didn't reached yet. Srinika is standing. She is looking around her surrounding meanwhile kajal is calling Kunal.

I saw on another side of the street a woman who was busy on her phone. She didn't realize that the baby carriage was losing its break and started rolling down to the street; a baby was inside the carriage. When the women realize it's too late. when I saw that. I run as fast as possible towards the carriage. Vehicles are moving on the road. I don't care about vehicles. I just run towards the carriage and hold the carriage securely, protecting it as soon as possible. My heart is pumping very fast due to a sudden adrenaline rush. I got scared as a black Mercedes-Benz car, which was coming at high speed in front of us, just stopped and was an inch away from us. I have held the carriage and literally closed my eyes in fear.
